Company Settings and User Registration

On the website, with your logged-in user, click on your name in the upper right corner and then click on "Settings". Access the "Users" section and start the registration by clicking on "+ Add User".
In the app, access the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the main menu and repeat the subsequent process.
Fill in the email, username, phone number, language, and select one of the available functions. Finally, complete the process by clicking "Add."
On the website, with your logged-in user, click on your name in the top right corner and go to "Settings." Then click on "Teams" and register by clicking "Add Team."
Fill in the team name and its description. Also, select who will be the members and the location where that team will be.
You can register specific days and times when you wish to receive alerts. It is also possible to select the "General Stop" field where you will disable alerts for 7 days. This field is used to deactivate alerts on specific dates, such as a year-end break.
In this field, you can register country and region data, time zone, and the language in which the platform will be configured. We can also select the currency of the country.
Here, you can manage the display of the tools that make up the platform. It is possible to define the display of Maintenance Management fields and also Online Monitoring, as well as optimize their display by grouping pages.

1.1 User Registration

1.2 Team Registration
On the website, with your logged-in user, click on your name in the top right corner and go to "Settings." Then click on "Teams" and register by clicking "Add Team."

Fill in the team name and its description. Also, select who will be the members and the location where that team will be.

1.3 Alert Configuration
You can register specific days and times when you wish to receive alerts. It is also possible to select the "General Stop" field where you will disable alerts for 7 days. This field is used to deactivate alerts on specific dates, such as a year-end break.
