Difference between Administrator and Planner View Mode

The access permissions for planner users are almost the same. However, planners have limited profile configuration options compared to administrators.

Technician View Mode

Users in the executor role only have editing and execution capabilities in the requests and work orders fields. Elsewhere in the platform, they can only view the data without the ability to edit it.

Requester View Mode

Requesters have the power to execute and edit only in the requests field. In the work orders field, they can only track the execution of the orders created from their requests and interact in the chat.
