First Access to TracOS Platform

An expert from Tractian or the administrator user from your company will register you on the platform. After that, you will receive a login in your email.

By clicking on the link, you will be directed to the platform's home page. Access the platform using your email.



After clicking "Access," a 4-digit password will be sent to your email. Use this password whenever you need to log in to the platform.



We always use two-factor authentication, and permanent passwords will not be generated. This rule applies to both the web version and the app. If you remain logged into the platform, you won't need to use the password every time you access it.

The same process applies to accessing the Online Monitoring Platform and using Smart Trac.
