Floorplan Registration

Floorplans are the best way to easily monitor many assets and provide visual management that brings context to all team members.

On the platform, you can create a floorplan that shows the status of all your monitored equipment.

Creating a floorplan:

On the top bar, click on "Floorplans."

This is the area for managing your floorplans. Here you can create, edit, and delete all kinds of floorplans for your company. But, first, click on "Create Floorplan."

In this window, you should configure the floor plan that will be created. It is possible to create two types of floor plans:

Map: Visualize the status of assets, locations, and receivers on an image of your facility.
Card: Visualize the status of locations and assets through a card-based structure.

Fill in the floorplan's name, select the represented location or asset, and attach the image.
The image will be uploaded to the platform and serve as the base for the icons. You can insert three types of icons into the floorplan: asset icons, location icons, and receiver icons.

Inserting asset icons into the floorplan:

On the left side of the page, navigate to the asset tree and click on the location to be added. Then select the "Location Marking" option. Click on the floor plan to start drawing the area that represents this location.

You can customize the Marker icon according to your asset's model.

Inserting location icons into the floorplan:

On the left side of the page, navigate to the asset tree and click on the location to be added. Then click on the "Location Marking" button. Click on the floorplan to start drawing the area that represents this location.

A location can be represented by an area marking or a point within the marked region. You can link another floor plan or an external link to the location.

Inserting receiver icons into the floorplan:

On the left side of the page, navigate to the asset tree and select the receiver's location. Then click on the "Receiver" button. Choose the receiver you want to add. An icon representing the receiver will appear on the floor plan; position this icon where you want it to be.

Setting up transitions:

Transitions allow you to configure a sequence of floorplans so that you can view multiple screens on a single monitor.

Click on the "+" button next to Transitions.

Enter the identification information, select the floorplans, and set the time duration for each floorplan to be displayed.

Settings and filters:

To make it easier to analyze the assets, it is often useful to filter the assets displayed in the floor plan.

In filters, you can edit:

Assets: Show asset icons.
Locations: Show area/point markers of locations.
Receivers: Show receiver icons.
Status: Select assets in the status of (Operational/Alert/Unplanned Stop/Planned Stop/Offline).
Criticality: Select assets according to the criticalities registered on the platform.
Insights: Select assets based on the state of generated insights (Pending/Inspection/Intervention/Checked).

You can save specific filters for recurring analyses by saving them and accessing them under "My Filters."

In settings, you can edit:

Location names: Show the names of locations.
Asset names: Show the first letters of asset names.
Highlight assets in alert: Generate a pulsation effect that highlights assets in alert condition.
Highlight assets in unplanned stop: Generate a pulsation effect that highlights assets in unplanned stop condition.
Legend: Show the equipment status legend.
Percentage of assets per status: Show the percentage of assets in the legend.
Sound alert: Emit an alert sound when there is a change in asset status.
