1.1 Support


Within the platform, there is an online support tool with a team of engineers ready to assist with any questions that may arise during the use of TracOS™. To use it, simply access the "Support" tab in the upper right corner and send your question to the support team.





1.2 Notifications



The notifications received in the mobile and web versions of the application can be configured according to the "How to configure notifications" module in this manual.



After selecting what type of notifications you want to receive, they will appear in the main menu tab in the upper right corner, allowing you to take the necessary actions for each one.

Notifications will remain pending until they are read and opened.
