Support Chanels for CMMS users

Tractian offers support channels to help you resolve questions and use the Tractian CMMS efficiently. This guide explains how to access these resources, which are focused exclusively on asset management, maintenance, and operational efficiency.


Support Channels on the Platform

Within the platform, support can be accessed through the Support icon (represented by a question mark) in the upper-right menu.

When clicked, three service options are displayed:

  • Help Center: Gathers articles and tutorials to solve common questions.

  • Technical Support: Enables direct conversation with Tractian specialists.

  • Suggestions: A dedicated space where you can suggest improvements for the platform.

The Help Center is usually the first place to find quick answers. If you need more support, use the Technical Support chat.


Help Center

The Help Center is the main source of information for learning how to use the platform and resolving questions about system features.

Main topics covered:

  • Work order management.

  • Maintenance indicator monitoring and analysis.

  • Maintenance plan configuration and usage.

  • Team and registered asset management.

  • Integrations and reports.

How to access:

  1. Click the Support icon in the upper-right menu.

  2. Select Help Center.

  3. Use the search bar to find articles related to your topic.

  4. Click on the article to view the full explanation.

  5. For more content, click View more.


Technical Support

If you cannot find the answer in the Help Center, you can contact Technical Support, which provides personalized assistance on platform usage.

How to access:

  1. Click the Support icon in the upper-right menu.

  2. Select Technical Support.

  3. Click Chat with us to start a conversation with a specialist.

Tips for faster service:

  • Explain the context and the feature you are having difficulty with (for example: work orders, reports, integrations).

  • Send screenshots if needed.

  • Provide details such as the asset name or related process.


Share your thoughts

This is a dedicated space for you to propose improvements to the platform. Use it to submit ideas for new features, interface adjustments, or any improvement that makes your day-to-day easier.

How to access:

  1. Click the Support icon in the upper-right menu.

  2. Scroll until you find Share your thoughts section.

  3. Describe your suggestion and submit it.


Accessing Tractian Academy

Tractian Academy is the training platform that helps professionals use the platform as effectively as possible, promoting efficiency and autonomy.

Available training:

  • Asset Management.

  • Maintenance Management.

  • Operational Efficiency.

In addition to Tractian's own courses, partner courses are also available to deepen your knowledge.

How to access:

  1. Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Training.
