Registration on the Platform
To access the platform, a Tractian specialist or your company's administrator must complete your registration in advance. Once registered, you will receive a notification via SMS and/or email.
This message will contain your login details for the Tractian platform, including the email you must use to log in and the access link, which will always be this one.
Accessing the Platform
After clicking the link, you will be automatically redirected to the platform's login page, where you will enter the login details sent in the message and/or email you received.
In this case, the login email is [email protected]
Click "Access." You will receive a unique 6-digit code via WhatsApp and/or email. Then, simply enter this code on the platform's login page, and you're all set to log in!
Important note: You will not have a permanent password, as a new 6-digit unique code will be generated each time you log in to the platform. This is a standard security measure adopted by Tractian, known as two-factor authentication, to ensure that only you can access your account.
