Help Center, Technical Support, and Suggestions in the TRACTIAN App

Accessing Support Channels

In the app, click on the "Menu" at the bottom of the screen to access one of the three support options available:

  • Help Center;

  • Technical Support;

  • Suggestions, where you'll find the email address of the TRACTIAN specialist dedicated to your company account.

In the Menu, scroll down to the "More" section and click "Support".

Help Center

At the top of the support section, there is a search bar where you can look for solutions to your questions.

The results will display articles from the TRACTIAN Help Center. Simply click on the article that best answers your question, and it will open within the app—no need to be redirected to a browser page.

If you have additional questions and want to explore other articles, click "See More in the Help Center" to open the full list of support articles directly in the app.

Technical Support

The Technical Support team consists of engineers ready to clarify any questions.

To access Technical Support:

Click the "Chat" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Then, click the compose message icon at the top of the screen.

You will now be in a chat with one of our specialists. Select the topic of your question and clarify it with our assistance.

Suggestions

If you'd like to share a suggestion for our platform, you can contact your dedicated account specialist directly. Scroll to the "Suggestions" section in the Support area and copy the email address of your dedicated contact.
