Create and manage a user

The User Management feature allows you to add, edit, and view all users in your company, as well as define profiles, permissions, and accessible modules.


Accessing User Management

  1. In the side menu, click on User Management > Users.

  2. The screen will display the user table with the following information:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Profile

  • Assets/Locations

  • Mobile (when registered)

  • Teams the user is part of

  • Last time the user accessed the platform

At the top of the screen, you will also see the number of remaining licenses available for your company.


Adding a new user

  1. Click on the "Add User" button, located at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Fill in the required fields in the registration window:

    • Email: the user’s email address.

    • Name: full name.

    • Mobile: phone number with country code.

    • Language: select the default language (Portuguese, English, or Spanish).

    • Profile: select the user's profile.

    • Platform Modules: the modules the user can access are determined according to the registered user profiles.

    • Assets/Locations: the specific locations or assets the user will have access to are determined according to the registered user profiles.

    • Companies (optional): define which companies the user will have access to.

  3. After filling in all the information, click "Add."

The new user will receive an invitation to create their account and start using the platform.


Available profiles

The available profiles are determined by the Administrator according to the contracted customizations.


Editing or disabling a user

Locate the user in the User List using the search bar. Click "Edit" at the end of the table. Adjust the information as needed or disable the user by clicking "Disable."

Important note: Deleting users may directly impact processes and related work orders. We recommend reviewing carefully before deleting any account.


Restore a user

Locate the user using the search bar. Click "Restore" and confirm the action.


Viewing and filtering users

The user list allows you to apply quick filters, such as:

  • By Profile: segmented view according to assigned roles.

  • By Module: users linked to specific modules.

You can also search by the user’s name or email in the search field.
