Comparing Assets in Analytics

Understand how the comparison between assets in Analytics charts works.

Updated over a week ago
  1. In the platform's main menu, select the "Analytics" tab;

  2. Next, choose the asset that will serve as the basis for comparison, the period and the charts that will be analyzed;

  3. Then click on "Compare Assets".

A window will open with all the registered assets. In this window:

  1. Select the asset that will be compared with the base asset you selected in the first step. You can select as many assets as you like in this step, and the same number of graphs will be generated comparing those selected with the base asset;

  2. Once you have selected which asset or assets will be compared with the first, click on "Compare".

In the example below, we are comparing the asset "Refiner Engine N° 3" with "Refiner Engine N° 4".

The platform will create graphs with the curves of both assets in a single window for comparison, as shown in the image below.

The vibration curves are separated by axis. You can then choose which axis to analyze at any one time.

In the example above, the red curve represents the vibration of the axial axis of asset "Refiner Engine N° 3" and the green curve indicates the vibration of the axial axis of asset "Refiner Engine N° 4". Thus, the comparison between the two different assets is made on the same graph.

On this same page, if you have selected several assets to be compared, there will be other graphs comparing each of them with the base asset.
