1. Contact Tractian Support
Start by reaching out to our Support Team to express your interest in integrating with your ERP. You can contact us through:
In-platform chat;
Email;
Phone.
Be sure to mention you want to start an ERP integration project.
2. Fill Out the Pre-Mapping Form
Once you contact us, we’ll send you a form to better understand:
Your internal processes;
Your integration goals;
The technical details of your ERP system.
Make sure your IT team helps complete the form to provide accurate technical information.
3. Schedule a Technical Alignment Meeting
After receiving the completed form, we’ll schedule a meeting to:
Detail your ERP processes and data flows;
Define the integration scope;
Align expectations between both teams.
Important note: Your IT team must participate in this meeting, along with maintenance or operations staff.
4. Integration Flow Design
Based on the meeting, Tractian will design the integration flow:
Defining data entry and output points;
Mapping your ERP’s technical specifications;
Assigning responsibilities for each side.
5. Proposal Delivery
We’ll then send a detailed proposal that includes:
Development time estimates;
Required tools or resources;
Costs.
Project timeline.
6. Development Kickoff
