The Work Schedules feature helps you organize shifts, days off, and holidays, giving you full visibility into your team’s availability.
Accessing Work Schedules
In the main menu, go to Settings.
Click Users Management > Work Schedules.
You’ll see a list of existing schedules. To create a new one, click "Add."
Creating a New Schedule
When creating a new schedule, fill out the following fields:
Schedule Name: Use a clear, recognizable name.
Example: Night Shift – Production.Employees: Select all users assigned to the schedule (employees and/or supervisors).
Start Date: Choose when the schedule begins.
Important: This date defines how the system calculates shifts.
Setting up Shifts and Sequences
After creating the schedule, configure the working and rest days:
Work Sequence
Define the pattern of working days and days off.
Example: 5x2 – 5 consecutive workdays followed by 2 days off.
This pattern is applied automatically in the calendar.
Creating a New Shift
Abbreviation: Quick reference (e.g.,
S1
,N
).Shift Name: Such as "Morning", "Afternoon", or "Night".
Color: Pick a color to represent the shift on the calendar.
Start and End Time: Define when the shift begins and ends.
Break Time: Specify the break period (lunch, rest, etc.).
Adding Holidays
Avoid scheduling work on company holidays by adding them to the system.
Setting up holidays:
Go to the Holidays section.
Enter all applicable holiday dates.
These dates will automatically apply to all work schedules.
Viewing and Editing the Calendar
Use the calendar view for visual management of availability.
View Modes: Monthly, weekly, and daily.
