Configuring Company Data

Keeping your company's information up to date on the Tractian platform is essential to ensure accuracy in reports, monitoring, and notifications. See below how to adjust the data that can be configured.


Accessing company settings

  1. Log in to the platform.

  2. In the upper right corner, click on your name and select “Settings”.

  3. In the left side menu, click on “Company”.

The screen will display the company's main registration information. Click the “Edit” button located on the right side of the section.


Editing information

When you click “Edit”, the “Edit Company Data” window will appear, where you can modify the following fields:

  • Company Name: update the name that will be displayed on the platform.

  • Address: modify the city, state, or country where the company is located.

  • Country: select the country of the company's headquarters.

  • Time Zone: adjust the time zone according to the location of your operation; this is essential for the correct recording of events.

  • Language: set the main language for the account (e.g., Portuguese, English, Spanish).

  • Currency: choose the default currency for displaying values.

  • Temperature Unit: select between Celsius (ºC) or Fahrenheit (ºF).

  • Distance Unit: choose the preferred unit, such as inches (in), millimeters (mm), etc.

  • Controlled Plant Temperature: activate this option if the plant operates with controlled temperature. This will exclude local weather data from prediction models. Leave it deactivated if external factors may affect machine temperature.


Edit Logo

To change the company logo, just click the pencil icon.


Saving changes

  1. After entering or adjusting the fields, click the “Update” button at the bottom right of the window.

  2. The changes will be applied immediately to the company's account.

If you do not want to save the changes, click “Cancel”.
