Send Reports for AI Analysis

Updated over a week ago

The Analyses tab allows you to centralize technical files in one place and automatically extract relevant data from documents such as oil reports, ultrasound, vibration, and thermography. See below how to use this feature.

Accessing the Analyses Tab

In the top menu, click the Analyses tab.

Uploading Documents for Analysis

You can add files to the Analyses tab in three ways:

1. Manual upload directly from the platform

  1. Click “Upload files” inside the Analyses tab;

  2. Drag and drop the files or click to select them;

  3. The files will be uploaded and automatically analyzed.

2. Upload via dedicated email

Each company has a unique email address for automatic report submission.

  1. Send the files to the email displayed in the Analyses tab;

  2. The documents will be processed and automatically appear in the file list, with the analysis linked to the corresponding asset.

This email address can be shared with vendors and laboratories so they can send reports directly.

3. Attachments in Inspections or Work Orders

When completing an Inspection or Work Order, attach the file in the “Analyses” field.

The document will automatically be centralized in the Analyses tab, with the interpreted result available.

What Happens After Upload

As soon as the file is uploaded, the system automatically performs:

  • Reading of the document content

  • Identification of anomalies and out-of-range conditions

  • Extraction of data such as PPM, lubrication, technical notes

  • Display of structured data next to the original file

You will be able to:

  • View the AI analysis alongside the report

  • Compare data with previous analyses

  • View nonconformities flagged within the file

  • Filter by analysis type, asset, source, or date

Supported and Analyzed File Types

Currently, the following document types are compatible:

  • Oil Analysis

  • Thermography

  • Vibration

  • Motor Circuit Analysis

  • Sensory Inspection

  • Lubrication Risk

  • Ultrasound

  • Calibration

Viewing Metrics and Charts from Your Analyses

After your documents are processed, the Analyses tab now lets you view historical trends of all data extracted by AI directly in interactive charts.

With this visualization, you can:

  • Track the evolution of indicators such as PPM, temperature, thermography deltas, and vibration levels over time;

  • Quickly identify deviations, spikes, and improvements in asset behavior;

  • Compare different analysis types (Oil, Thermography, Vibration, etc.) along the same timeline.

Accessing the charts

  1. In the Analyses tab, select an asset or keep the general filter applied;

  2. In the top-right corner, switch from Table to Chart view;

  3. Choose the metrics you want to visualize and charts will update automatically using all historical values extracted from your reports.
