New Sensors Table + Sample Scheduler
Take full control of your sensor fleet from a single table: filter by asset, location, version, or equipment type and configure settings like Uptime Threshold, Sensitivity, Ultrasound, and Sample Settings, even in bulk. The Auto-diagnosis Sample is now configurable per sensor, and you can schedule one-time or recurring samples directly from Analytics. Available in Settings > Monitoring. (Note: Sample Profiles and HD Samples are being removed in this release.)
Ultrasound Maps on Floorplans
Visualize ultrasound readings across all your assets in real time, directly on your Floorplans dashboards. Spot critical areas faster and prioritize action without leaving the monitoring view. Available for Smart Trac UG2 sensors - just create a new Ultrasound Map inside Floorplans.
Ultrasound Charts
Analyze ultrasound data through four new chart types, Ultrasound RMS, Zero to Peak, Peak to Peak, and Crest Factor, available in both Trends and Spectrum views. This unlocks deeper diagnostics for early-stage failure detection on both web and mobile. Available exclusively for Smart Trac UG2 sensors.
iOS Monitoring Widget
Keep your plant's health visible right from your iPhone or iPad home screen: see real-time counts for Danger, Warning, and Observe states, plus the top 2 most critical assets. Tap any status to jump straight into the app with the right context already loaded. Works in Light and Dark mode; iOS only.
Sensor Event Notifications
Not every problem comes from the machine, sometimes it's the sensor. Tractian now automatically detects events like sensor repositioning, detachment, and vibration clipping and surfaces them as actionable Insights, preventing misdiagnoses and protecting data quality. Find them under Overview > Sensor Events or in the Insights tab. Available for Smart Trac UG2 sensors.

Connect directly with Tractian specialists from any Insight: start a structured conversation, share context, and collaborate in one shared thread instead of bouncing between teams. It's a real, humanized exchange - not an AI copilot - designed for deeper investigation when an insight raises questions. Open any Insight and click Ask for Help to get started. Available to all customers.
Validation
Automatically verify whether a resolved event actually fixed the problem. After resolution, Tractian generates an Improvement Report comparing before and after spectrum and vibration data, classifying the outcome as Improvement, Worsening, or No Improvement Observed. Find all validations in the Validation tab, with summaries also delivered through Daily Digest.
Import and Export Tools
Take full self-service control over your operational data: bulk-import assets, locations, and stock items through structured Excel templates, and export records as PDF, XLSX, or CSV with customizable fields. Built-in validation catches errors before any data is committed, while the Export Center keeps a history of your recent exports. Available under Settings > Data Management.
Executive Module
Connect operational data from every plant into a single, company-wide view built for leadership. Pre-built dashboards compare performance across sites, surface key metrics like failures detected and response times, and highlight where attention is needed, including data quality gaps that affect AI accuracy. Designed for multi-plant companies; reach out to your CS lead to enable access.
Floorplans
Floorplans is now a complete workspace for unit-level monitoring: create dashboards in a few clicks from ready-to-go templates (Velocity, Temperature, Health Score Maps), organize them with Collections, and switch to a Global Map View for plant-wide visibility. Set custom thresholds, filter by location and equipment type, and stay synced with the Monitoring module. Find it in the Floorplans tab.
Smart Trac UG2
Meet UG2, the first sensor that combines ultrasound and vibration in a single device, surfacing earlier-stage failures with richer context and less guesswork. Until now, ultrasound has been limited to manual, expert-driven inspections - UG2 makes it continuous, connected, and scalable inside Tractian.
Mobile Analytics
A full diagnostic experience built for the field, synchronized Velocity, Acceleration, and Temperature charts now move together in perfect sync, and pressing & holding any point on a Trend instantly opens the corresponding Spectrum. Rotate your phone for a horizontal Spectrum view, manage HD Sample workflows, and configure everything from a unified control panel. Available in the Analytics tab of Tractian App.
Insights Auto Assessment
Skip the manual interpretation, Tractian's AI now reads each insight description and suggests a complete, structured failure assessment, including failure type, cause, affected component, event period, and potential savings. Every suggestion is editable, fully traceable, and contributes to a feedback loop that keeps improving model accuracy. Available in the Insights tab on both desktop and mobile.
Asset Prioritization
Decide what to act on first based on real failure severity, not operational status. AI automatically classifies every asset into Danger, Warning, Observe, or Normal, applying one consistent prioritization logic across Overview, Global Supervisor, Condition Report, Floorplans, and Reports, covering vibration, inspections, thermography, and oil analysis. Switch between List view and Cards view to match your workflow; also available on Mobile.
Analytics Custom Trend Bands
Continuously monitor specific frequency bands without constantly opening the spectrum: define custom acceleration or velocity bands directly in Analytics, save them per user, and track them over time. Bands are loaded automatically across sessions and also appear in the Spectrum view. Find it on the Analytics page.
