In some scenarios, an asset may exhibit residual vibrations or background noise even when turned off. If the threshold is too low, the platform will interpret the asset as always being "on." By raising this threshold, we ensure that only actual working vibration is counted as operating time.
Configuration Guide
In the Assets tab, through the asset tree or the search bar, select the asset that shows inconsistent Uptime data.
In the asset's Status tab, scroll down to the AI Control section located at the bottom of the page.
Click the "Edit" button next to "Uptime Detection" to open the adjustment interface.
Analyze the graph for periods where the asset should be off but still shows small vibration peaks, and identify the RMS level during actual operation.
Ensure the adjustment is applied to the desired period and select whether the change affects a specific axis or All Axes.
In the fields for the Z, X, and Y axes, enter the new threshold value in g.
Click the blue Recalculate Uptime button so the system can process historical data based on the new parameters and update availability indicators.
