Learn how to access the Tractian platform for the first time and how the verification code login process works. This article is for all users who have received an access invitation.
Before You Start
Your account must have been previously created by a company administrator or a Tractian specialist. You cannot create an account on your own.

How You Receive Your Access
After the administrator registers you on the platform, a notification is sent via SMS and/or email. This message contains:
The email address you must use to log in.
The access link to the platform: https://app.tractian.com
Important: If you did not receive this message, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, ask your company administrator to resend the invitation or confirm that your registration was completed.
Log In to the Platform
Tractian does not use a fixed password. Login is done through a 6-digit verification code sent with each access. This method is called two-factor authentication and ensures that only you can access your account.
Go to https://app.tractian.com in your browser, or click the link you received in the invitation message.
On the login screen, enter the email address provided in the invitation message.
Click Log In.
Wait for the 6-digit code to arrive. It will be sent via SMS and/or email, depending on the information registered in your profile.
Enter the 6-digit code in the field displayed on the login screen.
Click Confirm (or press Enter).
You will be redirected to the Tractian platform home screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
I didn't receive the access invitation. What should I do?
Check your email spam folder. If you cannot find it, contact your company administrator and ask them to confirm that your registration was completed and that the email address on file is correct.
I'm not receiving the 6-digit code. What should I do?
A few possibilities:
Check SMS: The code may have been sent via SMS to the phone number registered in your profile. Check your recent messages.
Check your email spam folder: In some cases, the message with the code may end up in spam.
Wait a few minutes: Delivery may be delayed during periods of network instability.
Confirm your details with the administrator: The phone number or email address on file may be incorrect. Ask the administrator to verify this in the User Management screen.
If the issue persists, contact Tractian support.
What is my password?
There is no password. Tractian uses two-factor authentication: each time you log in, a new 6-digit code is sent to your SMS and/or email. You do not need to memorize any password.
Can I access the platform on my phone?
Yes. Go to https://app.tractian.com in your phone's browser, or download the Tractian app from your device's app store.
I tried to log in and got an error message saying my email is not registered.
This means the administrator has not yet created your access, or the email address you are using is different from the one that was registered. Confirm with your company administrator which email address was registered.
The 6-digit code expired. What should I do?
The code has a limited validity period. If it expires, go back to the login screen, enter your email again, and click Log In to receive a new code.
