Setting up Notifications

  1. Log in to the platform with your username and click on your name in the top right-hand corner;

  2. Then click on "Settings".

Important note: you can configure the notifications you receive in the app to suit the reality of each user.

In Settings, just click on "Notifications" and the menu will open as shown below.

You can select which notifications you want to receive and whether you prefer to receive them by email or through the app.

Each type of notification will have its own explanatory field and the option to activate or deactivate the means of receiving it (email or app):

  • Insights: When an insight is generated for an asset for which you are responsible for in the asset tree

  • Work Orders: When a Work Order is opened with you as the responsible person

  • Requests: When a Request is opened with you as the person responsible for the selected Asset or Location, or when a request of yours is approved or disapproved

  • Inventory: When an item you are responsible for reaches minimum stock quantities

  • Metrics: When a Metric, for which you are responsible for the Asset, requires a reading to be taken

  • Mentions: When a user mentions you in comments on the platform

  • Comments: When there is a new comment on any page where you have been previously tagged

  • Other: Other notifications from the platform, such as notices and news from TRACTIAN

Setting a time and/or day range for Alerts

You can set a range of specific times and/or days when alerts can be received.

Still in the settings menu:

  1. Click on "Company";

  2. Look for the "Alerts" tab, where you can enable and adjust the time to be notified in relation to receivers, sensors or even general shutdowns.
