Need quick help on the platform, contact technical support or your project manager? Find out how by reading this article.

Help Center

Within the platform, there is a support tab that includes the "Help Center".

In the "Help Center", you'll find texts that address the main sensor-related questions.

To navigate the Help Center, follow these steps:

  1. Search for a word or text related to your query;

  2. Click on one of the texts.

If you want to access the other texts available, click on "See more in Help Center".



Technical Support

Our Technical Support is made up of a team of engineers ready to answer any questions.

To access Technical Support:

  1. Click on the "Support" tab located in the top right-hand corner;

  2. Then, under "Technical Support", click on "Chat" to speak directly to an expert.



Project Manager

If you would like to contact your company's project manager:

  1. Click on the "Support" tab located in the top right-hand corner;

  2. Under "Project Manager", you will find the email address of your dedicated contact within Tractian. Copy this address and write an email with your suggestions and/or feedback. Use it whenever necessary.
