To set up hourly service rates for your company's employees, follow these steps:
Log in to the platform with your user credentials;
Click on your profile in the top right corner;
Go to “Settings”;
Click on “Work Orders”;
Access the “Hourly Rate” tab.
Standard Rate
Set a default rate for all users and team members.
Technician rate
For different rates per technician, enter the specific cost by searching for the employee's name.
