this article

The Requests tab on the platform displays 3 different viewings: Panel, Table, and Kanban. To access the Requests tab, select the option in the top menu of your platform.

Panel

To access the Panel viewing, select the option of the same name in the top menu of the Requests tab.

In panel mode you have a detailed view of each Request individually. They are divided into Reviewed and Pending requests.

Table

To access the Table viewing, select the option of the same name in the top menu of the Requests tab.

While the request is pending approval, it will be available as "Pending" on the Status field. After approval, it will be available in the "Approved" field and, if rejected, in the field of the same name. All requests and OS generated are available to consult every progress.

Edit Data of Requests Directly in the Table Mode

Only in Table mode is it possible to edit data without opening the individual modal for each Request. Use the mouse and/or keyboard for it.

Double-click the field you want to edit. The fields Status, Categories, and Priority open a selection window with a search bar (except for Priority, where the selection options are predefined).

On the other hand, the Tags field opens a selection box and a text field, allowing the user to create a new tag right there if an equivalent predefined tag is not found.

The “Files” field allows the user to attach any materials they consider relevant to the Request. To add a file, simply click once on the + symbol. Click twice on the field if a file already exists. A modal will open, allowing you to select or drag a file directly from your folder. Finally, click Save.

Important note: It is only possible to edit Pending Requests. For requests marked as completed, only "Tags" and "Files" can be edited.

Kanban

To access the Kanban view, select the option of the same name in the top menu of the Requests tab.

With the Kanban view, you can group your requests by various fields such as Categories and Tags. This allows you to gain insights into trends and patterns related to different aspects of your tasks. To group, just press the gear in the upper right corner of your screen and select the desired grouping method.

Cards can be easily moved around within the Status group, allowing you to efficiently manage the progress of your pending requests. To do so, select a card and drag it with the mouse to the desired column.

Through this visualization mode, you can keep an accurate follow-up of the status of the work orders generated in the approval column. It also shows orders “in progress” or “waiting”. Deleted work orders are indicated as "deleted".

Filters

To access the available filters, select the button of the same name in the top menu of the Request tab or use the quick filters next to the same button. Filters are available in all view modes.
