This feature allows you to request the transfer of materials between different warehouses, ensuring part control and traceability.
Transfer Requests
The page contains two main tabs:
Transfer Requests tab;
Requested Parts tab.
Creating a Transfer Request
Transfer requests can be created in three ways:

Through the Work Order (WO): When an unavailable part needs to be moved. If the required quantity is not in stock, a warning will appear with the option to Request Transfer or Create Purchase Request.
From the Transfer Requests page.
Creating a Transfer Request from a Work Order
Within the Work Order, go to the Spare Parts page.
Click "Add" and define the necessary parts for completing the WO.
Select the part for which the transfer will be requested. This option is only available for parts linked to two or more warehouses and with available stock in at least one of them.
Define the quantity.
Click “Request Transfer” at the bottom.
Specify the source and destination warehouse.
Creating a Transfer Request from the Transfers Page
Go to the Transfer Requests page;
Click Request Transfer;
Choose the parts using:
Manual search (name or code).
Scanning (barcode).
Direct selection (inventory).
Define:
Quantity.
Source and destination Warehouses.
Click Save.
Creating a Transfer Request in the App
During part reservation in a Work Order, if the needed quantity is unavailable, a transfer request can be made;
Click “Request Transfer” and fill in the required information;
After saving, the part will appear in the WO spare parts tab as “Transfer Requested.”
Important note: In the app, it is not possible to edit, delete, or cancel requests.
Editing a Transfer Request
A Transfer Request can only be edited if the part is not in another active transfer.
All fields can be modified, as long as this rule is respected.
