This feature allows you to move materials between different Warehouses, ensuring control and traceability of parts.
Transfers can be performed in two ways:
Through a Transfer Request.
Directly from the Transfers page.
Transfer Statuses
If the Transfer Status setting is enabled:
In Progress: Indicates that materials are being sent to the destination location. Can be edited.
Completed: Indicates that materials have been transferred and allocated. Cannot be edited.
Important note: If the setting is disabled, all transfers are automatically marked as Completed.
Transferring Parts from a Transfer Request
Go to the Transfer Requests page.
Select the desired request and click Transfer.
Adjust the quantity and the source location (destination is fixed), then click "Save."
Creating a Single Transfer
From the Transfers page
Go to the Transfers page;
Click "Add Transfer";
Select parts from the list using:
Manual search (name or code);
Scanning (barcode);
Direct selection (inventory).
Define:
Quantity;
Source and destination Warehouse;
Source batch (if applicable).
Click "Save".
Important note: Only parts with at least two Warehouses can be transferred.
From the Part Page
Click "New Transaction".
Select "Transfer".
Define:
Quantity.
Source and destination Warehouses.
Source batch (if applicable).
Click "Save".
Exporting Transfer Data
You can export transfer data in two ways, depending on the desired format:
To CSV (spreadsheet):
Click Download Data at the bottom of the main Transfer Requests table. This generates a .CSV file with all records.To PDF:
Open a specific transfer and click the printer icon in the upper-right corner.
You can select which information to include.
Transfers in the Mobile App
View part transfers
Go to the Inventory tab in the app
Select the spare part to view its details
In the Transfers section, tap to see:
Completed Transfers
Transfer Requests (open or in progress)
Transfer information
Clicking a transfer displays the following details:
Transfer status (e.g., "Completed" or "Requested").
Source and destination locations.
Related Cost Center and Work Orders.
Date and time of creation.
Additional notes, if any.
Important note: In the app, you cannot edit, delete, or cancel transfers.
