The Transactions page allows you to track all stock movements within the company, including entries, issues, and transfer transactions. This functionality ensures greater control and traceability of stored parts.
The Transactions page is available exclusively on the desktop version and presents a table with two tabs:

Transactions Tab
The Transactions tab provides the following information:
Transaction Type: The type of movement performed (Entries, Issues, or Transfer);
Transfer: Only appears in this tab when its status is Completed;
Transaction ID;
Transaction Type options:
Withdrawal
Entry via Purchase Request
Entry via Purchase Order
Single Entry
Return
Transfer
Inventory Adjustment
Parts moved;
Work Order, if linked to one;
Cost Center;
Notes;
Attached Files;
Who created the transaction;
When the transaction was created and last updated;
Parts in Transactions Tab
In the parts tab, you can access everything involved in transactions and view:
Linked Transaction;
Transaction ID;
Transaction Type;
Quantity moved;
Warehouse;
Entry Batch;
Unit Price;
Total Price;
Supplier;
Work Order;
Cost Center;
Part Category;
Identification Code.
Transaction Type Details
Each registered transaction is classified as entry, issue, or transfer, depending on the stock movement.
Issues
Parts leaving stock are classified as issue and include:
Withdrawn Parts (status: "Withdrawn")
Non-consumable parts awaiting return (status: "Pending Return")
Entries
Parts entering stock are classified as entries and include:
Parts received via Purchase Request (status: "Completed")
Parts received via Purchase Order (status: "Completed")
Manually added parts (Single Entries)
Partially received parts (status: "Partial Entry")
Returned parts (status: "Confirmed Return" for non-consumable parts)
Inventory Adjustments
Inventory adjustments allow for stock corrections as needed.
To register an inventory adjustment:
Access the Inventory page;
Select the part;
Click on "New Transaction";
Select "Inventory Adjustment".
Inventory adjustments can be classified as:
Positive adjustment: Manually adds a part to stock (entry).
Negative adjustment: Manually removes a part from stock (issues).
Fill in the required fields:
Adjusted quantity;
Warehouse, with the option to distribute across addresses;
Entry Batch;
Cost Center.
Transfers
Transfers between warehouses generate two simultaneous transactions:
Issues from the origin warehouse
Entries at the destination warehouse
Important note: Transfers have a specific transaction type to ensure proper movement tracking.
Transaction Tracking
The Transactions page allows you to review the detailed history of each stock movement.
When opening a transaction, you can view:
Spare part details
Quantity involved
Origin and destination of the movement
History of actions taken on that transaction
