When the app is in offline mode, a warning will be displayed at the top of your screen.
In offline mode, you can still access and use the following tools:
Assets: Using the QR Code, it is possible to obtain detailed information about assets, including those registered on the platform.
Work Orders: You can perform activities, change OS status, access procedures, start timers, add information, take photos or add files.
Requests: You can open and log maintenance requests in offline mode. When you add a new request, fill in the details, link a QR Code, and save. The request will be registered even while you are offline.
Inventory: You can not access inventory items. It only allows viewing.
Procedures: it is only possible to view all the platform's procedures.
Calendar: Access the calendar within the OS’s you are responsible for and all procedures in offline mode.
You can carry out all maintenance activities normally without worrying about Wifi or 3G connectivity. As soon as you return with connectivity, the information will be updated on the online platform.
