How to Copy Work Orders to Other Assets/Locations
When you create a new work order for a specific asset or location, you can duplicate it for other locations/assets.
Just click on the three dots next to the work order name under “Create a Copy.”
How to create multiple Work Orders
Copy as many Orders as you like by simply changing the Responsible and Location/Asset fields. In the new form after clicking "Create a Copy", you're able to create multiple Work Orders. To do this, simply click on:
“Copy Work Order to other Locations or Assets”;
Then define the Location or Asset and the assignees and click “+ Create more copies”.
Important note: when creating serial copies, all the information in the Activities field will be copied, except the Scheduling data, as is also the case when creating a single copy. This field will be blank and must be filled in later.
