The Assets area allows you to search and filter information to make it easier to manage and view locations, assets, and their conditions.
Filter assets in the tree
On the Assets screen, use the filter panel to narrow down the data view as needed:
Assignee: filter assets and locations by responsible users or teams.
Criticality: filter assets classified as Catastrophic, High, Moderate, or Low.
Equipment Type: filter assets by equipment category (e.g., pumps, chillers, CNCs, etc.).
Tags: filter assets and locations using registered tags.
Plans: filter assets with scheduled preventive work orders for specific dates (today, upcoming days, months, or a defined period).
Work Orders: filter assets and locations by the current state of work orders (Open, On Hold, In Progress, Completed, or Canceled).
Disabled assets/locations only: view only deactivated assets and locations.
It’s possible to combine multiple filters to further refine the results.
Control asset tree view
Expand or collapse assets: click the icon next to the search bar to show or hide details.
Show or hide inventory items: click the tools icon next to the search bar to toggle their display.
Save custom filters
Apply the desired filters;
Click the "Save Filters" button in the upper right corner of the filter panel;
Name the saved filter (e.g., "Critical Assets - Line 1");
Access saved filters from the "My Filters" tab whenever you want to reuse them.
View mode
Choose the display format that best suits your routine:
Tree: view locations and assets in a hierarchical structure.
Table: list work orders in rows and columns for quick comparison and analysis.
