To ensure better organization and control within TracOS™, users are categorized into different profiles, each with specific permissions. Below, we explain the differences between these profiles and what each one can access and edit in detail.
Administrator
The Administrator has the highest level of access within TracOS™. They have full control over the system, managing all settings and permissions. Administrators are responsible for configuring the company, managing costs, creating and editing users and teams, and controlling assets, work orders, requests, metrics, and reports. This profile is ideal for managers who need a complete view and full control of the system.
