Configure alerts

Updated over a week ago

Configuring alerts allows your company to define schedules and types of notifications regarding the status of receivers and sensors. Below are the steps to adjust each available item.

How to configure the allowed time for sending alerts

  1. Access the side menu: Settings > Company > Alerts.

  2. In the Allowed Time for Alerts section, select the days of the week when you want to receive alerts.

    • Selected days will be highlighted in blue.

  3. Define the time range:

    • From: starting time.

    • To: ending time.

If an alert is generated outside the allowed time, it will be sent on the next permitted day.

How to configure receiver notifications

  1. In the Receiver Notifications section, adjust the following options as needed:

    • Notify after X offline hours: set after how many hours of disconnection the alert should be sent. Adjust the number of hours and enable the option.

    • Notify when receiver comes online: enable to be informed whenever the receiver resumes operation.

    • Notify when receiver is overloaded: enable to be informed about receiver overloads.

How to configure sensor notifications

  1. In the Sensor Notifications section, configure the following options:

    • Notify after X offline hours: set the number of hours after which the system will notify about offline sensors.

    • Notify when sensor comes online: enable to be informed when the sensor resumes operation.

General Shutdown

By enabling General Shutdown, all insights and notifications for all users in the company will be disabled.

This action directly impacts the visibility of critical operational events and should be used with caution.
