Receiver Management

The Receivers section allows you to view and manage all receivers registered in your operation. This interface is focused on the technical management of receivers, providing essential information about connectivity, signal strength, asset linkage, and receiver status.


Access

  1. Click on Settings.

  2. Expand the Monitoring group.

  3. Select Receivers.


Receiver Information

The page displays a table with all registered receivers. Each row represents a receiver, with the following columns:

Column

Description

Device ID

Receiver identifier. Click to view detailed information.

Version

Receiver model (e.g . Ultra, Standard)

Status

Indicates whether the receiver is online or offline.

Signal Strength

Communication quality with the receiver (Bad, Medium, Good).

Connectivity

The type of connection the receiver has.

Last Connection

Date and time of the receiver’s last communication with the system.

Connected Sensors

The number of sensors that are connecting to this receiver.

Location

Physical location of the asset within the plant.

Use the search bar to quickly find a sensor by its ID.


Status Tabs

At the top of the screen, four filter tabs help you segment sensors by status:

Online

Receivers that are functioning properly and sending data.

Offline

Receivers that are no longer communicating with the system.

​Possible causes: unplugged, installation issue.

Replacement

Receivers marked for replacement.


Receiver Detail View

Clicking a receiver ID opens a side panel with detailed information:

  • Status

  • Connectivity and last connection

  • Connected sensors

  • Online % (last 30 days)

  • Last Connections - sensors connected to this receiver

Click the Troubleshooting button to view what the different light colors on your receive indicate:

  • Blinking green LED

    • Receiver sending sensor sample.

  • Continuous green LED

    • Receiver connected to the internet.

  • Blinking red LED

    • The receiver failed to connect to the internet. Check the antenna connections and try to position the receiver at a higher point, with less obstacles.

  • Continuous red LED

    • The receiver did not initialize properly, try plugging into another outlet. If the problem persists, the receiver will need to be replaced.

  • Blinking blue LED

    • The Receiver is trying to connect to the internet, please wait a few minutes.

  • Continuous white LED

    • Captive open portal, you can perform receiver wifi network configuration (receiver waits 1min here as soon as it turns on).

  • LED off

    • Receiver not powered, check outlet connection.


Click the location to see:

  • QR code

  • Address the receiver is located

  • The other assets that are at that location

This data helps diagnose issues and evaluate signal coverage.
