Geolocation allows you to track where technicians were when they logged specific entries. In the Web version of the platform, you can view this information in three different ways:
Floorplan (real-time location)
In the floorplan view, you can see the technicians’ current real-time location, as long as they are using the app and have location permissions enabled.
This view only shows the current position and does not record history.
Useful for real-time field team monitoring.
By Work Order (WO) in the Work Logs tab
When accessing a Work Order (WO), you can see the geolocation recorded at the moment the technician registered a work log with the timer running.
Important note: Location will only be recorded if the timer is active at the time of the entry.
To view:
Go to the Work Orders tab;
Click the desired WO;
Open the Work Logs tab;
Click “View routes.”
Click a work log to view the point on the map.
3. Through the Work Logs table
Another way to check geolocation is through the table mode view of work logs.
To access:
Go to the Work Orders tab;
Switch to the Table view;
Select “Work Logs”;
Click the desired activity;
In the Work Logs tab, click “View routes.”
Click a work log to view the point on the map.
