Columns in Detail
ID (Fill only for update)
Leave this column blank when creating a new user.
Fill this column only when updating an existing user. The ID tells TRACTIAN which user to update.
If you enter an ID that does not exist in TRACTIAN, the row will be rejected.
The user's email address. This is used to identify the user's account.
Each email address must be unique — you cannot have two users with the same email.
If you include the same email in two rows of the same file, only the first row will be accepted.
When creating a new user, if the email already belongs to an existing user, the row will be rejected.
Name
The user's full name as it will appear in TRACTIAN.
Phone
The user's phone number in international format: a plus sign followed by the country code and number, with no spaces or dashes. Example:
+5511999999999.If you leave this column blank, no phone number will be set.
If you enter a number in the wrong format, the row will be rejected.

Choose one of:
en(English),es(Spanish),pt-BR(Portuguese — Brazil). If left blank, the default language will be used.
Name of Profile
The name of the access profile to assign to the user. Profiles control what the user can see and do in TRACTIAN.
The profile name must match an existing profile in your company exactly (including capitalization).
If you enter a profile name that does not exist, the row will be rejected.
Adding a user with a profile that has access to TRACTIAN may consume a license slot. You will see a warning during validation if a license will be used.
Disabled
This column is filled automatically when you export — it shows whether the user account is currently disabled.
You do not need to fill this column when importing.
Custom Fields

Tips for a Successful Import
Leave the ID (Fill only for update) column blank for every new user — only fill it when updating an existing one.
Make sure every row has values in the Email, Name, and Name of Profile columns.
Each email address must be unique — duplicates within the file or existing in TRACTIAN will be rejected.
Phone numbers must include the country code and start with a
+sign (e.g.+15551234567). Formats without a country code will be rejected. The Name of Profile must match exactly what is configured in TRACTIAN. Check for extra spaces or spelling differences.
Adding new users with TRACTIAN access profiles may consume license slots. Review the warnings shown during validation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I update an existing user or only create new ones? You can do both. Leave the ID column blank to create a new user, or fill it with the existing user's ID to update their details.
What happens if I enter an email that already belongs to another user? The row will be rejected. Each email address must be unique across all users.
What happens if the profile name I enter does not exist? The row will be rejected. Make sure the profile name matches exactly what is set up in your TRACTIAN account.
What does the license warning mean? If the profile you assign gives the user access to TRACTIAN, a license slot will be used. The system shows a warning during validation to let you know how many licenses will be consumed.
What format should phone numbers be in? Use E.164 international format: a + sign, country code, and the local number, with no spaces or dashes (e.g. +5511999999999 for Brazil or +15551234567 for the US).
