How to Insert Audio

When creating a new Request or Work Order, you can record an audio file in the Description section.

Click on the microphone icon to start recording. Once finished, the audio will be saved alongside the descriptive text.

In the Description section, you can:

  • Bold: Highlight important words or phrases.

  • Italic: Emphasize terms or titles.

  • Highlighted Text: Draw attention to relevant information.

  • Lists:

    • Create numbered lists for sequences.

    • Use bullet points for unordered items.

  • Links: Insert external URLs to provide additional information.

These tools help organize and emphasize important details in requests or work orders, making them easier to read and understand.


Audio and Formatting in Platform Comments

Audio Insertion

In comment fields, click on the microphone icon to record and attach an audio file.
This allows you to share specific observations, such as feedback or detailed instructions, in a practical way.

Text Formatting

All comments can be formatted with the same options available for Requests and Work Orders: bold, italic, lists, and links.


Audio in Procedures

Adding Audio to Procedures

Audio files can be directly attached to created procedures. To enable audio in all procedure fields, simply configure this option within the specific procedure by clicking the three dots in the bottom-right corner.

Practical Applications

  • During an inspection route, the maintenance technician can record audio of machines to document conditions, noises, or specific observations.

  • Comments about each step of the procedure can also be added as audio, complementing visual and written information.

  • Organize the Text: Use formatting to ensure information is clear and well-structured.

  • Combine Text and Audio: Use audio for specific details and text for quick summaries.

  • Check the Audio: Ensure recordings are clear and contain accurate information before saving.
