The Work Orders tab in TracOS™ offers four distinct viewing modes. To switch between them, simply toggle the options at the top of the page.
Panel View
In the Panel view, Work Orders are listed on the panel on the left side of the screen, organized into two sections: Open Orders and Completed Orders.
The selected Work Order is highlighted in the center of the screen, displaying all its information and details. This view is ideal for situations where you need full access to the Work Order's details.
You can also sort the panel by the most recent or oldest creation dates of the Work Orders.
Table View
The Table view provides a clear organization, ideal for quickly viewing essential information about the progress of your Work Orders.
This view is divided into:
General Table: Lists all your Work Orders along with their details;
Activities Table: Displays all Activities, followed by the Work Orders they are linked to;
Work Logs Table: Shows logs recorded or in progress for Activities within Work Orders.
In this format, you can perform bulk actions, such as assignments, edits, scheduling, printing, downloading data, and deletions. To do this, select the Work Orders, Activities, or Work Logs you want to act on, and the options will appear at the bottom of the screen, depending on the section you're in.

Calendar View
Calendar in the TracOS™ Standard Module
With the Calendar view in the Standard Module of TracOS™, you can check the scheduling of Activities and Work Orders by day, week, or month.
This mode helps you better understand day-to-day workload and facilitates the planning and scheduling of future Activities and Work Orders.
Calendar in the TracOS™ Enterprise Module
The Calendar view in the Enterprise Module of TracOS™ provides a comprehensive overview of Activities, Work Orders, and Schedules by day, week, or month.
Additionally, you can check:
Pending Schedules: Work Orders with unscheduled Activities;
Pending Assignments: Activities without assigned executors;
Overdue Schedules: Activities whose schedules have exceeded their due dates.
You can also view team or individual technicians complete agenda. Simply select the teams or technicians whose availability you'd like to check, and the calendar will display their schedules accordingly.
Kanban View
In the Kanban view, you can group your Work Orders by various fields, such as Categories and Teams. This helps you gain insights into trends and patterns related to different aspects of your tasks. To group, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen and select your desired grouping option.
Cards can be easily moved within the Status group to efficiently manage the progress of your Work Orders. To do this, select a card and drag it with your mouse to the desired column.
Searching Work Orders
In any of the viewing modes, you can easily locate a Work Order using the search bar:
To search for a Work Order by ID, always use the # symbol before the number. Example:

;To search for multiple Work Orders at once, separate the numbers with commas:

;To search by title, enter at least three characters of the desired name.
