The Work Logs Table simplifies the monitoring and control of maintenance activities. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature.

Accessing the Work Logs Table

  1. In the top menu of the platform, go to "Work Orders";

  2. Select the "Table" view. The section will be divided into "General," "Activities," and "Work Logs";

  3. Click on "Work Logs Table" to open the detailed view.

Viewing Work Logs

At the top, you can use filters for a more detailed view, such as filtering Work Logs by status.

Key Details of the Table

Below are the main columns in the Work Logs Table:

  • Asset or Location where the Work Order is being executed.

  • Order Priority, so you can focus on the most urgent tasks.

  • Responsible Party, showing who performed the task.

  • Work Log Type, whether manual or timed.

  • Work Log Category, scheduled and actual start and end dates and times.

  • Costs and additional information, such as descriptions, attachments, and details of who created and updated the Work Order.
