Monitoring Reports
Updated over 4 months ago

The Reports page is the place to track the overall progress of insight checks and the results generated by the monitoring platform.

To access the page, click on the “Reports” tab and then on the “Monitoring” button.

The filters select the period, asset, location, and criticality of the data that will be shown in the report. It is possible to save the selected filters for quick selection in the future.

The Reports page is divided into three sections:

  1. Insights: Shows the performance of inspection and checking of insights over time;

  2. Identified Failures and Savings: Shows the most identified failure modes and direct gains obtained through monitoring;

  3. Technical Data Sheet Completion: Shows the level of completion of the assets' technical data sheets.

Insights

Overview Chart

This chart is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the progress in checking insights over time. It allows for a clear visualization of four distinct categories: generated insights, pending insights, insights in inspection, and insights already checked.

Through this chart, it is possible not only to track the evolution of these categories over time but also to calculate the checking index.

Important note: he checking index, calculated from this data, is a crucial indicator that reflects the effectiveness in using the monitoring platform.

Inspections Done X Identified Failures

This chart shows the relationship between the number of inspections done and the failures identified. It is essential to understand how the effectiveness and frequency of inspections contribute to identifying failures.

Average Time In Inspection

This chart shows the average time each inspection takes to be completed. It is crucial for assessing the efficiency of the inspection process and the speed at which the team responds to alerts.

Average Time To Check Insight

This chart illustrates the average time required to verify and check an insight generated on the platform. Similar to the previous chart, it indicates the efficiency of the insight checking process.

Checked by User

This chart shows insight data and the number of daily accesses segmented by user. Essential for bringing visibility to the effective use of the platform.

Operation History

This bar chart displays the operation status of assets and locations, which can be analyzed by day, week, or month. This form of visualization is ideal for identifying the amount of time individual assets spend in each status.

Identified Failures and Savings

Identified Failures Modes

The chart presents the failure modes most frequently identified by the platform, offering a detailed analysis that can be segmented by different categories, such as asset type, location, specific component, or other customizable criteria through filters.

Important note: visualization is crucial for identifying trends and patterns in failures, allowing for a more precise and targeted assessment of areas that require greater attention or maintenance.

Pareto X Failure Mode

The Pareto chart applied to Failure Modes is a fundamental analytical tool for identifying the failures that occur most frequently or have the greatest impact, following the Pareto principle, which suggests that a small percentage of causes is responsible for the majority of issues.

Important note: the chart can be modified by asset model types for a segmented analysis.

Savings and Avoided Downtime

This chart illustrates an overview of the monetary results and avoided downtime obtained through the predictive identification of failure modes.

Importante note: the values of savings and avoided downtime filled in when checking the insights are presented here.

Identified Failures by Asset/Location

This chart correlates the inspections and identified failures with the results obtained by assets and locations.

Technical Sheet Completion

This section shows which assets have insufficient information and require additional data to enable the operation of predictive models.

These data are crucial because the platform relies on detailed information in the technical sheets, such as bearing data, fastening, coupling, among others, for the predictive models to operate effectively and assertively.
