Setting Manual Demand and Consumption Alerts

Monitoring energy values through overuse alerts is an efficient way to implement energy management and stay within established targets.

Manual alerts set limits so you will be notified when energy parameters are exceeded, recording the data of interest, location, and time.

You must register your company’s consumer group to access the demand and consumption features. To set up your consumer group, please click the link below.

Defining Consumption Alerts [kWh]


The consumption chart represents the amount of energy used over a time interval.


Click on settings and select the elements you wish to view on the chart.

  • Activate Tariff Station : Divides consumption based on the tariff defined in the consumer group (Off-peak, Mid-peak and Peak).

  • Reactive Consumption: Includes the portion of reactive consumption.

  • Internal Legend: Inserts a legend card with detailed information.

  • Data Label: Inserts data into the chart.

    The settings can be applied to all charts on the page.
    Click on MANUAL ALERT to set consumption limits:

  • Global: Sets the limit for the total active consumption value regardless of the tariff.

  • Off-Peak: Sets the limit for the consumption value related to the Off-Peak tariff.

  • Mid-Peak: Sets the limit for the consumption value related to the Mid-Peak tariff.

  • Peak: Sets the limit for the consumption value related to the Peak tariff.

Defining Accumulated Consumption Alerts [kWh]


The accumulated consumption chart shows the total consumption evolving over time.

  • Daily and Monthly Limits: Limits can be set based on the viewing period.

  • Global: Sets the limit for the total active consumption value regardless of the tariff.

  • Off-Peak: Sets the limit for the consumption value related to the Off-Peak tariff.

  • Mid-Peak: Sets the limit for the consumption value related to the Mid-Peak tariff.

  • Peak: Sets the limit for the consumption value related to the Peak tariff.

Defining Demand Alerts [kW]


Energy demand represents the maximum amount of electrical energy required in a time interval.



Click on MANUAL ALERT to set demand limits.

Demand Limits:

  • Off-Peak: Sets the limit for the demand related to the Off-Peak tariff.

  • Mid-Peak: Sets the limit for the demand related to the Mid-Peak tariff.

  • Peak: Sets the limit for the demand related to the Peak tariff.
