How to View Current, Voltage PP and PN, Demand, and Consumption in Analytics

In the platform's main menu, select the "Analytics" tab. Then, choose the asset and the period that will be analyzed.

In the example below, the asset is the "1SV1," and the defined period is the last month.

Click on the "Charts" button. Then, select the quantities and charts you want to observe among:

  • Consumption

  • Demand

  • Current

  • Voltage (Phase-Phase and Phase-Neutral)

  • Powers (Apparent, Active, Reactive)

  • Power factor

  • Hour meter

Analyzing Current [A]

With the graph, you can visualize the current over time and evaluate if it operates within nominal standards. For three-phase systems, the graph shows the current in each phase individually.

It is also possible to select a specific area to zoom in and visualize each cycle of the asset. Due to readings occurring every 3 seconds, in the broader view, each value represents an average of the readings, making it possible to check the minimum, average, and maximum values that occurred in this period. By zooming in, you can visualize a single cycle and differentiate the stages of the cycle, checking its activation by peak current, its use by nominal current, and the shutdown when the current reaches its minimum value.

You can set a Manual Alert to be notified if the current reaches values that require attention. For more information, access the manual alert definition tutorial.

Analyzing Voltage [V]

With the graph, you can visualize the voltage in each phase over time for continuous energy monitoring. The platform allows visualization of Phase-Phase and Phase-Neutral voltages.

To analyze signal spectrum and waveform to visualize possible distortions, access the spectral analysis tutorial.

Analyzing Powers [VA, W, and VAr]

With the graph, you can visualize each of the powers (Apparent, Active, and Reactive) in each phase.

To access the settings of any of the graphs, click on the gear icon and Enable/Disable insights, events, and legends. You can also set the scale of the graphs.

Analyzing Demand [MWh]

With demand analysis, you can visualize the amount of electrical energy each of your assets demands depending on the day, month, or week.

Analyzing Consumption and Hour Meter [MWh and h]

Based on active power calculations and hour meter measurements, the consumption graph in [MWh] is created for energy consumption evaluation
