Accessing Asset Status
From the top menu, click “Status”;
A list of all assets will appear. Click the asset you want to analyze to view detailed information.
Asset Health Indicators
At the top of the asset status page, you will find 7 key indicators that reflect the condition of the equipment:
Vibration
Mounting
Balancing
Alignment
Temperature
Lubrication
Rotational Looseness
Each indicator is assigned a condition status:
Good
Satisfactory
Unsatisfactory
Unacceptable
These statuses are automatically calculated based on collected data and system analysis.
Health Level
The Health Level graph shows a weighted average of all 7 indicators, providing a clear overview of the asset’s condition over time.
This graph helps you:
Monitor asset health trends;
Identify critical variations.
Prioritize maintenance actions based on data.
Asset Charts
Below the indicators, the platform displays detailed charts that help analyze asset behavior.
Vibration Chart
Displays variations in vibration levels of the asset and its components. Useful for:
Detecting anomalies and failure patterns;
Comparing with past periods or similar equipment;
Diagnosing causes like misalignment or unbalance.
Hour Meter Chart
Shows the total runtime of the asset. Helps with:
Scheduling preventive maintenance;
Tracking wear for replacements;
Evaluating performance and energy efficiency.
Temperature Chart
Visualizes temperature changes over time. Enables:
Early detection of operational problems;
Ensuring operational safety and compliance;
Optimizing performance and preventive routines.
Operation History
At the bottom of the asset status page, you’ll find the Operation History, which displays the asset’s previous status records. This is useful for:
Identifying degradation or recovery trends;
Justifying past maintenance actions.
Assets with Energy Sensor (Energy Trac)
If the asset includes an energy sensor, the following additional data will be available:
Demand
Consumption
Voltage
Power Factor
These metrics also receive a condition status: Good, Satisfactory, Unsatisfactory, or Unacceptable.
Demand Chart
Displays changes in energy demand over time. Useful for:
Identifying peaks and usage patterns;
Planning infrastructure capacity;
Avoiding overloads and reducing energy costs.
Consumption Chart
Shows energy usage over time. Helps you:
Predict and optimize consumption;
Reduce costs through proactive planning;
Improve sustainability.
Hour Meter Chart (Energy)
Similar to the mechanical runtime chart, but based on energy usage data.
Power Factor Chart
Shows changes in the asset’s power factor. Allows you to:
Detect low efficiency periods;
Avoid penalties for poor power factors;
Optimize energy usage and reduce costs.
