Operation Windows allow you to define specific operating hours for one or more assets, according to your company's operational schedule. With them, you can:
Determine the periods when assets should be turned on or off;
Apply settings in bulk;
Receive alerts in case of operational deviations.
Accessing Operation Window Settings
Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen;
Go to the “Settings” menu;
In the left sidebar, select “Assets” > “Operation Windows.”
You can view the windows in two formats:
Panel View: Ideal for detailed configurations.
Table View: Recommended for bulk changes and quick analysis.
Panel View
The panel view allows you to configure each operation window individually, seeing all the details.
To create a new window:
Click “Add”;
Set a Title for identification;
Configure the operation intervals (days and times);
Select the assets linked to the window;
Click “Save.”
To edit an existing window:
Click the desired window, then click “Edit”;
Change:
Window name
Time intervals (click the time to edit)
Linked assets (use the “x” icon to remove or add new ones)
Table View
The table view shows a list of all assets and their respective operation windows. It's ideal for:
Viewing and comparing multiple assets;
Applying bulk edits.
To use it:
Click “Table”;
Use the filters by Asset, Location, or Operation Window;
Click “+ Add” to create a new window, following the same steps as in panel view.
Bulk Actions in Table View
Filter assets by Asset/Location, Operation Window, or Status;
Select the desired assets;
Choose the action to apply:
Change Operation Window: Applies a new window to selected assets.
Alert Status: Enables or disables operational and downtime alerts.
Set Tolerance: Configures the tolerance time required for alert generation.
