Create an Operation Window

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Operation Windows allow you to define specific operating hours for one or more assets, according to your company's operational schedule. With them, you can:

  • Determine the periods when assets should be turned on or off;

  • Apply settings in bulk;

  • Receive alerts in case of operational deviations.

Accessing Operation Window Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen;

  2. Go to the “Settings” menu;

  3. In the left sidebar, select “Assets” > “Operation Windows.”

You can view the windows in two formats:

  • Panel View: Ideal for detailed configurations.

  • Table View: Recommended for bulk changes and quick analysis.

Panel View

The panel view allows you to configure each operation window individually, seeing all the details.

To create a new window:

  2. Set a Title for identification;

  3. Configure the operation intervals (days and times);

  4. Select the assets linked to the window;

To edit an existing window:

  1. Click the desired window, then click “Edit”;

  2. Change:

    • Window name

    • Time intervals (click the time to edit)

    • Linked assets (use the “x” icon to remove or add new ones)

Table View

The table view shows a list of all assets and their respective operation windows. It's ideal for:

  • Viewing and comparing multiple assets;

  • Applying bulk edits.

To use it:

  1. Click “Table”;

  2. Use the filters by Asset, Location, or Operation Window;

  3. Click “+ Add” to create a new window, following the same steps as in panel view.

Bulk Actions in Table View

  2. Select the desired assets;

  3. Choose the action to apply:

    • Change Operation Window: Applies a new window to selected assets.
