Filters help you find information faster on the platform—like pending work orders, by assignee, by date, or by location. You can combine multiple filters, save the ones you use frequently, and even share them with your team.
Applying filters
Go to any tab where the data can be filtered, such as Work Orders;
Apply the available filters or click "Add filter";
Choose the criteria you want (e.g., Status: Open and Category: Mechanical);
The results will update automatically.
You can apply as many filters as you need at the same time.
Pinning filters
You can pin filters to the top bar for quicker and more visual access:
How to pin a filter
Click "Add filter";
Choose the type of filter you want to apply;
Next to the filter name, click the pin icon;
The pinned filter will appear on the top bar.
Saving new filters
If you want to save a new filter:
With the filters applied, click "Save" in the top right corner of the bar;
Name your filter configuration;
(Optional) Check "Make visible to the whole company" if you want everyone to have access;
Click "Save".
Saved filters are available under the “Saved Filters” button at the top of the screen.
Using saved filters
Click the “Saved Filters” button;
Choose a filter from the list:

The filter will be applied automatically, and the results will update accordingly.

Important note: Only the creator of a company filter can edit or delete it.
After applying a filter, it appears pinned at the top of the screen, just above the work order list—so you always know which filters are active.
Filter grouping
If you apply many filters at once, the platform shows the first 4 or 5 at the top. Extra filters are grouped under a button with a number that indicates how many additional filters are applied. Clicking this button shows a list of all applied filters.
Clearing filters
Once any filter is applied, a “Clear” button appears on the right side of the filter bar.
Clicking it removes all filters at once and resets the view to default.
