Technical Specifications
Equipped with IoT technology, the Smart Trac collects data from industrial machines, performs time and condition-based analysis, and automatically detects failures based on the expected operating pattern of the equipment.
The sensor collects:
Triaxial vibration up to 32 kHz;
Surface temperature ranging from 14ºF to 194°F;
Hour meter for automatic calculation of operating hours.
What are the dimensions of the sensor?
The sensor weighs 155g, while the base weighs 20g. The dimensions of the Smart Trac are: 40 (W) x 78.5 (H) x 40 (D) mm, excluding the base.
Does the sensor have any protection rating?
The latest update of the Smart Trac has an IP69K protection rating, which ensures maximum resistance against dust, steam, and high-pressure jets.
What is the maximum and minimum temperature the sensor can withstand?
Considering the operation and safety of the equipment, the thermal operating range is from -10°C to 90°C. Temperatures outside this range may cause damage to the sensor.
What is the battery life of the sensors?
The Smart Trac has a lithium battery with a lifespan of 3 years.
Do I need to recharge the battery?
We monitor the battery health, and when it's time for replacement, we provide a replacement battery at no additional cost and with plenty of time to ensure uninterrupted data collection.
What is the frequency range for data collection of the sensors?
The Smart Trac sensor has the highest data acquisition frequency on the market. The minimum observable frequency is 0.5 Hz, while the maximum sampling rate is 32 kHz.
The adopted standard is 8 kHz, which is sufficient for timely detection of most known failures to allow for intervention.
