How to Set Allowed Time for Alerts
In the top-right corner of the platform, click "Settings";
In the left-hand menu, locate the "Company" section and select "Alerts";
On the displayed screen, you can set the "Allowed Time for Alerts", controlling when alerts will be sent to all registered users.
Additionally, you can enable a General Shutdown, which suspends alerts for up to 7 days or until you disable this option.
Only the designated asset managers will receive the configured alerts. To learn how to assign managers to receive asset alerts, check this article.
How to Set Up Offline Sensor/Gateway Alerts
To enable sensor or receiver notifications, follow these steps:
Go to the "Alerts" tab in the settings;
Enable the type of notification you want from the options:
Receiver Notifications
Notify after _ offline hours;
Notify when receiver gets online;
Notify when the receiver is overloaded.
Sensor Notifications
Notify after _ offline hours;
Notify when sensor gets online.
