Defining professionals and teams responsible for alerts for each asset
Updated over a week ago

Maintenance teams are usually divided into teams that are responsible for assets based on location or specialization. This configuration can also be replicated in the TRACTIAN platform: Here's how to add and edit teams.

With the teams already registered, we can define which team will be responsible for the equipment, meaning they will receive the alerts for that asset.

This can be done in two ways: during the asset registration or by editing its technical specifications

If you prefer the second choice, you can also find here how to edit the technical specifications of an asset.

Defining the responsible team during asset registration:

In the first case, define the responsible team during asset registration. Here's how to register a new asset.
Click on the "Assignees" field. All registered teams and users will appear; simply select those who should receive alerts for this asset.

Defining the responsible team by editing the technical sheet:

  1. On the "Status" page, select the desired asset;

  2. Click on "Specifications";

  3. Click on "Edit".

Then, click on the "Assignees" field.

All registered teams and users will appear, simply select those who should receive alerts for this asset.
