Analyze Asset Status and Condition

Accessing Asset Status

  1. In the platform's top menu, click on "Assets";

  2. Your asset tree will be displayed. Click on the asset you wish to analyze to view its detailed data.


Asset Health Indicators

At the top of the asset status page, the following are displayed:

  • Asset Health Level: Represents the overall health percentage of the equipment. If you'd like to know more about Health Levels, read this article.

  • Asset Condition Status: Indicates the current operational state. Access this article to understand more about Condition Statuses.


Accessing Charts

Informative charts about your asset can be found in the Analytics tab. To access them:

  1. Go to Analytics;

  2. Select the asset you want to analyze.

The charts display:

  • Vibration (Velocity and Acceleration RMS): Shows variations in equipment and component vibrations. Allows for anomaly identification, historical comparison, and diagnosis of issues like misalignment or imbalance.

  • Temperature: Records thermal variations. Helps in early fault detection and ensuring operational safety.

  • Rotation (RPM): Indicates the operating speed of the motor or shaft, helping correlate vibration data with workload.

  • Hour Meter: Displays total operating time. Assists in preventive maintenance planning and monitoring energy efficiency.

The Health Level and Condition Status can also be analyzed via Analytics.
