Within the Management Reports, you have metrics and indicators to evaluate the maintenance activities. To access this section, just click on "Reports" in the top bar.
Filters
To facilitate the visualization and analysis of information, in the indicator tab you can apply period filters in your reports. To define the Period you want to visualize, for instance, click Filters, then Period and change how you want to get your reports. You can also personalize the timeframe in the date selection on the bottom.
To go into more detail within the indicator itself, access the work orders in the CMMS section that are directly related to the charts by clicking on the internal information.
CMMS and Metrics
To access the detailed reports, which are the "CMMS" tab reports with more complete view options, and the metrics reports, access the tabs at the top right.
It is also possible to make an analysis of the waiting time that were registered on the platform.
To assist in the improvement of the maintenance process, the analysis of the quantity and time for identified failure is extremely important.
Other reports are available on the platform, for example:
Inspection Done reports and average time to complete
Number of open Work Orders that are On Time and Overdue
Time and cost analysis
