Register a Request in Tractian App

To create a request in the Tractian App, you can:

  1. Use the "Add Request" shortcut at the top of the Overview tab.

  2. Go directly to the "Requests" tab and click "+."

Filling Out the Form

With the Request form open, you will fill in the following information:

  • Name the request.

  • Attach files: Include an image or video showing the issue.

  • Describe the problem: Provide clear and objective details.

  • Set the location or asset: Select the location or asset directly from the asset tree or scan the machine's QR Code to automatically link it.

  • Set the priority: Determine the urgency level of the issue.

  • Choose the category: Classify the request in the appropriate category.

  • Add Identified Failures: If applicable, link failures already identified in the asset when opening the request.

  • Add TAGs: Enter keywords related to the issue.

  • Link to other Requests or Work Orders: If the issue has already been reported, link it to an existing request or work order.

After completing all fields, click Save. The request will be sent for review, where it can be approved or rejected by the planner or administrator.
