Generate a single QR Code
Go to the Assets tab;
Select the desired asset;
Click "Edit";
Click “Generate an automatic code”;
Save the asset;
Find the QR Code section in the asset's information and click “Print” to obtain a paper copy of the code.
Important note: Make sure the name and details of the asset or location are correct before generating the QR Code.
Generate QR Codes in Bulk
Access the Assets menu;
Switch the view to “Table”;
Select the assets;
Adjust the number of items per page if necessary to view all desired assets;
Check the box next to each asset you want to include.
Click “Print”.
All QR Codes for the selected assets will be generated sequentially for printing.
